Orders will be shipped to address as entered on website. Charmed by Tonyab is not liable for shipping delays due to inclement weather, holidays or incorrect address. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during shipping. Orders will be processed 1-3 days if ordered Monday-Friday and shipped in 4-7 business days. If you place an order on the weekend or holiday, your order will not start the processing phase until the next business day.
